Image distribution is able to offer two highly flexible stock management solutions, both of which have been developed in-house by Image E-Business. Both systems are continually being developed in response to evolving customer requirements.
The Marketing Stock Management system was developed in response to the requirements of a
number of our corporate clients. It enables them to effectively manage
the storage and distribution of marketing materials and other stock
across multiple locations. A full inventory of stock, an audit
trail of stock movements, stock draw-down requests, stock re-order
functions and minimum stock level warnings are all accessible via
secure web-based interface. This system is offered free of charge to all Image Group clients.
The E-Business Stock Management system was originally developed to meet the specific requirements of our own ecommerce business. Whilst it was initially developed for our own use it can be adapted for third party clients and integrated with their websites. The system can be fully scalable and can provide a wide range of modifiable functions, including, but not limited to the following:
- Multiple inbound supplier stock feeds including price checking and new line flags,
- Automatic stock reordering,
- Stock editing functionality including associated image management,
- Stock order processing functionality including stock suggestions, stock on order and stock receipt functions,
- Audit trail reporting by stock item, date, supplier etc.
